THNIC and TWA Host AI Website-Building Workshop to Empower Entrepreneurs and Web Professionals
The Thai Network Information Center Foundation (THNIC Foundation), in collaboration with the Thai Webmaster and Online Media Association (TWA), organized the third TWA Skills workshop, titled “Build a Website with AI: Fast, Practical, and No Coding Required,” on September 12, 2026, at TechTalkThai Meetup Space, 35th Floor, Phaholyothin Place, Bangkok.
The workshop aimed to equip entrepreneurs and individuals interested in website development with practical skills to leverage AI to build their own websites, enabling them to establish an online presence with a website and domain name of their own.
The event was opened by Dr. Pensri Arunwatanamongkol, Executive Director of THNIC Foundation, and Mr. Thanop Somprasong, President of the Thai Webmaster and Online Media Association, who welcomed participants and highlighted the collaboration between the two organizations in promoting website development and digital technology skills. The initiative is designed to help entrepreneurs and interested individuals gain practical knowledge that can be applied directly to their online businesses.
The workshop was led by Mr. Thaniya Wongsuanoom, General Manager of T.H.NIC Co., Ltd. and a board member of the Thai Webmaster and Online Media Association. He shared practical approaches to using AI throughout the website development process, from planning website structure and creating content to developing a website ready for real-world use. The workshop emphasized hands-on learning and required no prior coding experience.
In addition to learning how to use AI to build websites, participants were introduced to .co.th and .in.th domain names, important elements in establishing a business’s digital identity and enhancing the credibility of its website. Participants were also offered complimentary domain name registration as part of the workshop.
The activity further supports the goals of Thaionline.in.th , an initiative operated by the THNIC Foundation in collaboration with partner organizations to encourage Thai entrepreneurs to establish their presence online. The program promotes the use of websites as a channel for showcasing products and services, reaching customers, and creating new business opportunities.
Through Thaionline.in.th, participating entrepreneurs are eligible for a free .co.th or .in.th domain name for one year, along with benefits related to website development, training, and practical knowledge for running an online business provided by the program and its partners. These resources are designed to help entrepreneurs get started with their own websites and put them to practical use for their businesses.

Entrepreneurs who do not yet have a website or are looking to strengthen their business presence online can join the Thaionline.in.th program free of charge. Applications are open until December 31, 2026. The program aims to support Thai businesses in establishing their own websites and domain names while adopting digital tools to reach more customers and expand their opportunities in the digital economy.
