Yien Chyn joined ICANN in May 2016. Prior to her current role, she was with ICANN’s Contractual Compliance Team.

Thongchai Sangsiri is a distinguished professional in digital regulatory policies and international cooperation, currently driving transformative initiatives at Thailand’s Electronic Transactions Development Agency. His comprehensive expertise in computer security, digital forensics, and cybersecurity policy has led to the successful management of the ASEAN-Japan Cybersecurity Capacity Building Centre in Bangkok since 2018 and the creation of the AI Governance Center at ETDA. With a long-standing career in the public sector, Thongchai has been at the forefront of groundbreaking projects such as Smart Citizen identification cards, e-government advancements, PKI deployment, security awareness education, Thailand’s digital identity framework, and AI governance guidelines. He is also a prominent voice for Thailand on the international stage, having represented his country at APEC, ASEAN, and ICANN.

Mr. Wanawit Ahkuputra has specialized expertise in Technology transfer and business development. He has a proven track record of building capacity, overseeing business development, identifying relevant technology-based solutions for complex problems, recruiting partners to participate, and managing related projects for a large variety of organizations, both from public and private sectors. As the role RCEP Chair of WGEC – Working Group on Electronic Commerce since the establishment of the working group under the RCEP in 2015 and finished by the end of 2019 . In his most recent role as the Deputy Executive Director of ETDA, he was entrusted with crucial roles involving planning, promoting, developing, and implementing technological solutions that would transform Thailand into a digital economy in accordance to the government’s policy under the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society. In the past 10 years, Mr. Wanawit Ahkuputra has taken leadership roles in several works related to Privacy and Information Security under ICANN and UN Global Pulse. The work aimed towards revising WHOIS, focusing on the New Generation Directory Register Service (GDRS) of ICANN, which is regarded as one of the largest dataset globally used to manage more than 250 million records of a global database. Mr. Wanawit was also the Co-chair in the establishment of Public Safety Working Group (PSWG) that is responsible for addressing issues concerned with internet security, privacy review teams, and public safety concern in terms of law enforcement in the agency stakeholder group. He was selected as one of the 25 members of Privacy Advisory Group from 2016 to 2017. The UN Global Pulse is a flagship innovation initiative of the United Nation’s Secretary General on big data, which embodies an ambitious vision of the future where big data is harnessed safely and responsibly as a public good. Its mission is to accelerate discovery, development, and scale adoption of big data innovation for sustainable development and humanitarian action. This initiative was established based on the recognition that digital data offers a great opportunity for us to gain better understanding of changes in human welfare, and to get real-time feedback on how well policy responses are working to improve lives of people

Parkpoom has been working with the .th group of organizations since 1996, initially as a volunteer during his bachelor’s studies. He co-founded THNIC in 1999 and has been actively involved in the Community Network project under the THNIC Foundation. He also established Net2Home (a social enterprise) to provide internet services for remote areas and low-income groups. Furthermore, he serves as the Director of THNIC Academy, overseeing the learning center for remote areas.

Parkpoom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Chulalongkorn University (1998) and a Master’s degree in Management and Corporate Finance from the School of Management at Shinawatra International University (2013). He was born in Ayutthaya but currently resides in Pathum Thani, Thailand.

Pitchatarn Lertudomtana currently serves as the General Manager of DotArai Co., Ltd., the sole Thai company appointed by ICANN as a domain name registrar, holding the ICANN Accredited Registrar status. He is also the founder of Cumulus Co., Ltd., an IT consulting firm, and Yeeraf Co., Ltd., a software development and digital marketing company.

Mr. Lertudomtana has overseen DotArai’s ICANN accreditation and has worked closely with domain resellers in Thailand.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kasetsart University in 2009 and his Master’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University in 2012. Mr. Lertudomtana currently resides in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Thrive Programme® (TTP) is an easy to understand, empowering and evidence-based psychological training programme that teaches people the skills and resources to overcome mental health issues and learn to thrive. The programme takes just 6-8 weeks to complete.

Most of our mental health issues and symptoms such as stress, anxiety, fears or phobias, depression, low self-esteem, etc. are psychological in nature. Edmon Chung is serving as the CEO for DotAsia Organisation, heads the secretariat for the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum (APrIGF), serves on the Executive Committee of Internet Society Hong Kong and participates extensively on Internet governance issues.

Edmon is an inventor of patents underlying technologies for internationalized domain names (IDN) and email addresses on the Internet, and has served as an elected member on the ICANN GNSO Council, At-Large Advisory Committee and on the Elections Committee of HKSAR in the IT Subsector.  Edmon has a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Engineering from the University of Toronto.­

Thongchai Sangsiri is a distinguished professional in digital regulatory policies and international cooperation, currently driving transformative initiatives at Thailand’s Electronic Transactions Development Agency. His comprehensive expertise in computer security, digital forensics, and cybersecurity policy has led to the successful management of the ASEAN-Japan Cybersecurity Capacity Building Centre in Bangkok since 2018 and the creation of the AI Governance Center at ETDA. With a long-standing career in the public sector, Thongchai has been at the forefront of groundbreaking projects such as Smart Citizen identification cards, e-government advancements, PKI deployment, security awareness education, Thailand’s digital identity framework, and AI governance guidelines. He is also a prominent voice for Thailand on the international stage, having represented his country at APEC, ASEAN, and ICANN.
