THNIC Joins Entrepreneur Training Event in Buriram, Encouraging Businesses to Build Their Online Presence with “Thaionline.in.th”

On 27 August 2026, the Thai Network Information Center Foundation (THNIC) participated in the promotion of the Thai E-Commerce Promotion Project – Thaionline.in.th at the workshop “Accelerating Thai Businesses, Connecting Opportunities Without Borders with Meta Platforms.” Organized by the Department of Business Development (DBD), Ministry of Commerce, the event was held at Cresco Hotel in Buriram province. The workshop provided entrepreneurs with an opportunity to learn and apply digital technologies to develop their businesses, expand their marketing channels, and reach a wider customer base.

THNIC introduced Thaionline.in.th as another option for entrepreneurs looking to establish their business presence online, with emphasis on having a website as an official channel for presenting their products, services, and business information. Entrepreneurs were also encouraged to use a .co.th or .in.th domain name to reflect their connection to Thailand, enhance credibility, and build customer confidence.

At the THNIC booth, entrepreneurs could also receive advice and information on getting started with online business, as well as learn about benefits available to project participants, including a free .co.th or .in.th domain name for one year and a free one-page website service for online stores, along with special offers from the project’s partners. These benefits are designed to make it easier for entrepreneurs to bring their businesses online and turn digital opportunities into tangible business growth.
