THNIC Academy hosts “Network Training for Technicians”

           On November 24 and 25, 2022, the THNIC Academy organized “Network Training for Technicians” attended by 14 local technicians from Mae Kasa, Mae Sot, Yok Krabat, Sam Ngao and Amphoe Mueang, Tak province. A team of speakers from BKNIX Co., Ltd. (BKNIX) in collaboration with the Internet Laboratory for Education and Research (IntERLab), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), lectured on basic data communication and computer networking, network technologyand communication technology as well as conducted training on equipment and network installation, signal testing and signal attenuation troubleshooting. They also led a field trip for the students to see actual system installation.

            At the end of the training, Mae Kasa community Net2Home (Social Enterprise) Co., Ltd. technicians and coordination team came to share their real experience in the Net2Home project, a community internet installation, that helps people access the internet at a more affordable price.
