A Readiness at APAN53

On 7 March 2022, Dr. Pensri Arunwatanamongkol, the executive director of the THNIC Foundation, gave a lecture at APAN53 where she discussed the significance of developing a domain name system and email to support local languages such as Thai or Universal Acceptance as well as the use of email for identity verification. In this lecture, Dr. Pensri also guided the audience to realize the importance of developing a system to have Universal Acceptance.
